QiGuide is an AI-powered mindfulness companion that provides conversational guidance on topics including Taoist philosophy, Qigong, meditation, and breathing practices. QiGuide uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and is designed to support your personal exploration of mindfulness and Eastern philosophical traditions.
QiGuide is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Our AI companion is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, doctor, or healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service immediately.
QiGuide does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. The practices and perspectives shared are drawn from traditional philosophical and contemplative traditions, and are offered for personal exploration and general wellbeing only.
You may need to create an account to use QiGuide. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use QiGuide.

QiGuide offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their account.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have billing concerns.
Responses from QiGuide are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or information that does not apply to your specific situation. You should exercise your own judgement when applying any guidance, perspectives, or practice instructions provided by QiGuide.
QiGuide draws on publicly available philosophical and contemplative traditions. References to specific texts, teachers, or traditions are for educational context and do not imply endorsement by those traditions or teachers.
You retain ownership of the messages and content you share through QiGuide. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The QiGuide name, branding, system prompt, and original content are the intellectual property of QiGuide's operator. The philosophical traditions and practices discussed (Taoism, Qigong, Zen Buddhism, etc.) are drawn from ancient public domain sources and belong to no one.
We aim to keep QiGuide available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. QiGuide depends on third-party services (AI providers, hosting platforms, payment processors) that may experience outages beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue QiGuide (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QiGuide and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance, service interruptions, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of QiGuide shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of QiGuide after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of QiGuide will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
